FUTURE ANALOG

We came up with this phrase to describe our aesthetic and process. We’re drawn to minimal forms with clean lines and subtle curves, and resin’s futuristic look complements this, even though everything is made by hand.

  

Pieces begin as sketches and models, and we use technologies like 3D modeling, 3D printing, and CNC cutting when appropriate. Each piece is then shaped, sanded, and polished by hand. Recently, we’ve been experimenting with various textures to soften our pieces’ appearance and break away from flat surfaces. All of these are hand-made and could not be produced mechanically, making them fully analog by design.
